Bochica
DESCRIPTION:
Colombian mythology: When humanity was immerse in great chaos, Bochica came from the east with a long beard and a golden staff to bring back the order by teaching the natives moral law and the most manual arts. When Chibchacún, the god of the waters, flooded the savannah, Bochica created the Tequendama waterfall to protect its people, and as a punishment, Chibchacún was ordered to carry the Earth on his shoulders for all eternity.
